Distant Reiki

Did you know you can benefit from Reiki even if you never make it to the Reiki table? Distant or remote Reiki is the practice of offering Reiki healing to someone who’s not in the same room as you, never mind the same, city, state, or country as you. I was skeptical until I got some unexpected positive feedback from clients who wanted to try it. Distant Reiki is often a great way to treat animals who are highly sensitive to Reiki and may not be comfortable sharing their space with a stranger. All the benefits are the same as hands-on Reiki, but distant Reiki allows you to receive healing wherever you are and at a time that works for you.
